Individual counselling is a holistic form of therapy. In individual therapy we focus on how the individual parts of oneself are interconnected, and are part of a whole. Feeling whole and centered can be achieved whether you're experiencing difficulties in a relationship, dealing with family challenges, or are struggling with mood or anger management. It’s about discovering what makes you tick, why you react the way you do, and how to navigate your issues in a healthy way. I believe that everyone, at some point in their life, should enter individual therapy. It can be life transforming.
