Life Coaching vs Therapy
Life Coaches help people set goals for themselves, and improve their game. Therapists work with people who have experienced trauma or mental health struggles. That doesn’t mean that coaches don’t touch upon mental health, or triggers from the past. Coaching is holistic, the goal is to improve your life with tools and motivational exercises so that you can achieve the best version of yourself. |
