Anxiety is a common human phenomena. It’s also multifaceted. It can be caused by your DNA, personality disposition, family of origin experiences, or trauma. It’s important that people with anxiety have many tools at their disposal. I’m going to say we, because I suffer from anxiety too…so… WE need to be aware of our thinking and how it is causing us to feel, and behave. We need to practice mindfulness, so that we keep ourselves present and regulated. We need to reflect on our background, just in case there’s some heavy baggage that needs to be offloaded. Anxiety can be managed, but it takes time and effort. I’d be happy to help you achieve that goal.
